Hello! This website encompasses of my experiences gained working at Camp Echo Lake in the summer of 2022.
About Me
My name is Sharanya Shetty. I'm currently an MBA student at Tiffin University with a concentration in Sports Management. I got my Bachelor's Degree from Nowrosjee Wadia College in Pune, India. My expectations are that this mentorship helps me grow in the field of sports management.
My Experience
Help Head Tennis Staff Vinod in carrying out all tennis related activities at Camp Echo Lake. Also coach kids and teach them the fundamentals of tennis.

Main Responsibilities: Work as a tennis instructor as assigned by Arup to different groups of kids and teach them based upon their level of play.
Specific Goals: Get an insight into the coaching side of tennis and how it is to work with young individuals ranging in their level of play and age. Network and make good connections with individuals who are well established in the field of sports.
Expected Learning Outcomes: Understaning different ways of teaching the sport of tennis to a large variety of kids, proper utilisation of time as a tennis instructor and overall management of tennis activities as part of the entire camp.
